We will make the kitchen smell better than your favorite pupuseria! We will roll, stuff and stir to create authentic, healthful South American foods that don’t contain ingredients like menudo or lard! Finally, right?

Vegan Italiano!
Just thinking about the foods from Italy can make anyone salivate! We will explore the amazing flavors of regions like Tuscany and Roma. And we will show you that there is more to vegan Italian cuisine than pasta with marinara sauce!

Summer Sushi Party
There is more to vegan sushi than avocado or cucumber rolls! We will create fun, colorful and delicious sushi, and use it as the centerpiece of a well-balanced meal made from authentic Japanese ingredients. You will finally find a use for that bamboo sushi roller that you won at a “Secret Santa” party five years ago!

In Southern California, we’re given the gift of one of the longest and most abundant growing seasons in the world! So let’s take advantage of what we’ve got! We will use fresh Summer ingredients from the farmer’s market, so you’ll feel like a pro the next time you stroll down the aisles to choose that perfect ear of corn.

You can still eat well, and get the most out of your meals, even if "The Man" didn't give you much of a tax refund! There are tricks to making gourmet foods that will impress any guest without having to crack open your piggy bank. We will show you how to stretch that dollar to feed yourself and your friends!

Mediterranean Feast!
This class will be so festive that we may just have to fling a plate at the wall and yell, "O-pa!" We will prepare delicacies that will whisk our taste buds to the shores of the Mediterranean, and we'll feel the warm sand beneath our tootsies! Mediterranean foods celebrate the simplicity of vegetables and grains, and we will teach you to do the same, Spork-style!

In this class you will be delighted to learn how fun and easy it is to create these exotic dishes at home, fish sauce free! You won't have to order take-out anymore! We love the smells and tastes of Thailand, and we know you will go crazy for the foods in this class!
