The rich and colorful cuisine of Central America is so close geographically, but sometimes feels so far from do-able in your own kitchen. In this class we will use the wide array of amazing ingredients this wonderful part of the world has to offer. You will be blown away by how much the foods we love (like potatoes, corn and chocolate to name a few) were discovered in Central America!

February 13th and 14th

Delicious Seduction-Aphrodisiac Cuisine Class!

Valentine’s day has been taken over by some box of chocolates that were never made with love or even touched by human hands. We are taking Valentine’s Day back and making a meal full of love and care that will show your sweetie how much you adore them! And it won’t hurt that we are using a few ingredients that are known aphrodisiacs either.

We’re all busy, but we deserve to treat ourselves well and give our bodies the goodies they need to be healthy and productive. That’s where this class fits in! We’ll show you easy and delicious recipes to put together in a snap. If you find yourself pressed for time and unable to think of what to make for dinner, all you’ll have to do is grab your recipes from this class and head to the market, and dinner will be ready before you know it!

Southern Comfort!

Just because we don’t want the all the fat in our gravy doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the comfort of those Southern foods that we love. In this class, the kitchen will smell amazing, and our Comfort Foods-O-Meter will be off the charts! We will create healthful counterparts to traditionally fattening recipes, without sacrificing flavor and comfort! Delicious!

Beginning in March, all sorts of locally grown produce starts to blossom. Spring is an amazing time to eat fresh foods that will kick start your move into your summer body! We will use all the foods that the season has to offer, and create an amazing meal that will make you feel energized and ready for Spring cleaning!

Thai food is one of our favorite cuisines! We love how the dishes combine sweet, spicy, salty, and tangy flavors all in one recipe. With this class we will show you how to create authentic Thai food (without any fish sauce!) that will taste so good, you may want to board the next flight to Bangkok!

Spanish Tapas Party!

Tapas are lots of fun to make and eat! These small dishes can be served any time of day, and they make a wonderful addition to any cocktail party. In this class, we put our healthy vegan twist on classic Spanish fare. You’ll be surprised how easy and delicious it is to re-create these wonderful foods. And we’ll even teach you the secret to a killer glass of sangria. Olé!

Backyard BBQ! (Saturday Classes Only)

Okay, so we don’t really have a backyard, but we can sure cook like we have one! We will prepare an unforgettable All-American feast that won’t make you feel sluggish. We may have to bust out the wet-naps and bibs, because it’s gonna get Barbequey in here!

Throwback to the 50’S – Traditional Meals Gone Vegan!

We love flipping through old Betty Crocker cookbooks and admiring all the amazingly colorful meals people used to make. We created this class to put a healthy twist on traditional meals, and motivate people to come back to the dinner table! We’re all busy guys and gals, but for one day we can play domestic and make a swell meal.
