We love dessert. We think sweets make people happy, and we love to provide happiness. In this class, we’ll show you how to create the most mouth-watering and seductive desserts out there. You’ll be surprised how easy they are to create … and how good you feel after you eat them!

A Taste of Jamaica!

There’s no better time than summer for a taste-bud trip to the islands. In this class, we’ll bring home the refreshing flavors of the Caribbean. These recipes are surprisingly easy and will impress any guest, from Montego Bay to West LA.

August 14th and 15th

Hands-On Summer Sushi Party!

There’s more to vegan sushi than avocado or cucumber rolls. We will create fun, colorful, and delicious sushi in this class, and you’ll finally learn what to do with that bamboo sushi roller you won at a “White Elephant” party five years ago! We will create a satisfying, balanced meal using authentic Japanese ingredients.

Who says you have to order Chinese food from a restaurant? This class will demystify the beautiful and delicious world of vegetarian Chinese food. We will also show you the secrets to shopping at your local Asian grocery store!

When you think of Italian food, you may think of carbs, but this class will prove that you can have all the incredible flavors of Italia without harming a gluten. We will stir, roll, and chop our way into gluten-free bliss.

We love the decadent foods of the South, but we don’t like feeling like a stuffed dumplin’ after a meal. This class will show you how to prepare some incredible Southern dishes, with a little vegan California twist.

October 16th and 17th

Get Your Protein!

We know protein is important to your health, but even more important is that making it can be really fun! In this class we will teach you how to make your own seitan, and we will show you how easy it is to get your protein without eating an animal’s anything. Just us, mother nature, and a few tools – we will be raring to go!

Halloween is fun, but brunch makes it so much better! This class will take all of the beautiful foods that fall has to offer, and put them in a quiche. This class will show you how to make the best treats to trick your guests into eating more healthy food!
